Job Description
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in R&D, Product Development, or Bakery Science are a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in product development within the bakery or food industry.
- Proven track record of developing new bakery products from concept to commercialization.
- Experience in recipe formulation, ingredient selection, and sensory evaluation.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and bakery production processes.
- Expertise in developing and modifying recipes to meet market demands, including flavor, texture, and shelf-life considerations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
