Job Description
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
- Outstanding abilities in leadership and management
- Excellent interpersonal skill and team building skills
- Excellent planning ability and strategic thinking, allowing for effective decision-making and goal achievement.
- Good communication skills, both speaking and listening
- High precision and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong understanding of pastry and baking methods.
Experience: With at least 4 years of experience in breads and pastry or chocolate production
Education: College graduate or equivalent
Certification/Licenses and Training: FSSC, CGMP, Food Safety, Bread and Pastry Production
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-charge of conceptualization/exploration of creative process, creation of new products and development of existing products
- Lead the Research and Innovation Team with product development and improvement and all related work required by the management
- Conducts and supervises product application trials for new materials and process design
- Identification and recommendation for improvements as part of the Team within or outside the department for continuous improvement
- Understands, supports and complies with the responsibilities outlined by La Rose Noire Philippines, Inc. policies and procedures
- Oversees the implementation of processes and controls to ensure compliance with the standard operational procedure
