Job Description
He/she is expected to work on creating healthy and delicious new product ideas based on season and trends that will drive sales growth. Works with production for product launches and marketing team for collaborative market study.
Responsibilities
- Research of Market food trends and product testing on how to make it healthy and delicious.
- Prepare, process, recipe and costing for new products to launch.
- Benchmarking with potential products and competitor analysis.
- Reformulation of existing products to improve Quality and Cost.
- Regularly develops new projects in line with Isabel’s mission to serve delicious and healthy foods.
- Manages R&D budget.
- Assist in weekly menu planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Culinary Arts, or any food-related study.
- Background in conceptualizing and creating healthy delicious food.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the Food Industry.
- Passionate for healthy and delicious food.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Onsite work in Quezon City.
- Willing to work on weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
