Job Description
The Research, Evaluation, and Learning (REL) Specialist role involves designing and implementing research projects, conducting evaluations, and analyzing data to support evidence-based decision-making. As an REL Specialist, you will collaborate with teams to develop monitoring frameworks, evaluate program effectiveness, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include designing data collection methods, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and producing reports with actionable recommendations. The role requires a strong background in research methodologies, evaluation techniques, and data analysis.
