Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Research Specialist Full-Time with the following responsibilities:
- Researching and submitting FOIA requests per client request.
- Extracting information from PDF and entering into CRM.
- Adding and maintaining companies and clients into CRM.
- Researching Fire Classes and documenting location, dates, etc.
- Create How-To guides and SOPs for various tasks.
- Assisting with miscellaneous research projects when needed.
Requirements include:
- Research Abilities *Must
- CRM Management *Must
- Data Entry, Microsoft Suite/Google Suite experience.
- Great communication and time management skills.
- Dependable employee with reliable internet.
