Job Description
JobsManila International, Inc. is currently seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting and advising customers with their travel options. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
Requirements:
- Must be interested to apply abroad.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years validity.
- Knowledge and familiarity with different systems used as a reservation agent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hotel.
- Good communication skills and pleasing personality.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
