Job Description
DUTIES
To provide the highest level of service to process the reservation efficiently while optimizing booking opportunities.
Your day-to-day
- Book hotels, tours, flights, and land transfers on behalf of clients.
- Resolve complaints and travel issues from pre-departure until the end of booking.
- Contact and search for new suppliers.
- Ensure all rates are up to date by coordinating with the tour operators team and sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
- College graduate, preferably HRA/HRM/Tourism.
- At least 1 year of experience in Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office, or Sales.
- Effective communication skills; clear & precise articulation.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter; works well with minimum supervision.
- Flexible hours.
- Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.

Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
