Position: Reservation and Ticketing Manager (Travel Agency)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday – Dayshift, Saturday – 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Salary: Php60,00-Php80,00

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same role.
Job Descriptions:
- Carry out ticketing & refunds activities & provide administrative support functions.
- Handle all requests via e-mail, telephone and fax & deal with all forms of enquiries regarding Airlines product, pricing & rules.
- Deal with rebooking recalculation & schedule changes as required.
- Issue of air tickets where an error rejection has occurred and cannot be issued automatically.
- Calculation and processing of Refund Tickets.
- Other tasks as assigned.
