Job Description
As a Reservation Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel bookings and reservations. Your main duties will include handling inquiries, making reservations, providing information on available packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in the travel industry and knowledge of reservation systems are desirable but not required.
- Assist customers with booking their travel arrangements

- Ensure accuracy in processing reservations and payments
