Job Description
- College Graduate or two years college education – Preferably in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management
- At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar/related service industry
- Excellent customer-service experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Assisting and advising customers in choosing travel options
- Making reservations based on customer requirements and budgets
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details
- Resolving booking issues efficiently
- Create basic promotional materials and attend expos
Job Type: Full-time
