Job Description
We are seeking a Reservation Officer to join our team at Palm Beach Resort. Ideal candidates should possess a College degree or have completed two years of college, preferably in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related service industry is required.
Responsibilities include assisting customers with travel options, making reservations, processing payments, and resolving booking issues. You will also be involved in creating promotional materials, attending travel expos, and marketing the resort through various channels.
