Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Reservation Sales Consultant to manage reservations, assist customers, and increase revenue via phone, email, and online channels.
- Responsibilities: process bookings accurately, provide clear product information, upsell relevant services, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain CRM records.
- Requirements: minimum one year of sales or reservation experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer focus, basic computer proficiency, and fluency in English.
