Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Manage and maintain reservation systems.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries and changes.
- Provide information on services, rates, and availability.
- Process payments and confirm reservations.
- Handle cancellations and modifications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role; experience as a reservationist is preferred.
- Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
