Job Description
Take on a pivotal role at Ardenhills Suites! As a Reservations Agent, you will welcome guests, expertly manage bookings within our Property Management System (PMS), and provide information about our hotel’s offerings. You’ll collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and high levels of satisfaction.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and familiarity with hotel systems are essential for this role. This full-time position offers attractive benefits, including complimentary meals, a 13th-month salary, and performance-based bonuses.
