Job Description
The Reservations Agent plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their reservations and bookings. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and inquiries, making and confirming reservations, and ensuring accuracy of customer information. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key for success in this role.
