Job Description
Join our team at Henann Group of Resorts as a Reservations Agent! Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with travel options.
- Making reservations based on customer requirements.
- Checking accommodation availability on desired travel dates.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Government mandatory numbers and TOR
Experience: Hotel experience preferred. Familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php650.00 – Php800.00 per day
