Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Processes reservations by mail and telephone
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
- Understands the hotel’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
- Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival
- Communicates reservation information to the front desk
- Assist the Reservations Officer with other related duties when requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Ability to multitask
- Must be courteous and tactful
- Good communication skills
- Can start ASAP
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
