Job Description
SMEC is currently seeking a qualified Resettlement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Social Science or Sociology, with advanced degrees being a strong advantage. We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in similar roles, particularly within infrastructure projects, and a minimum of three years of consulting experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of the Resettlement and Indigenous Peoples Plan (RIPP) and developing humane relocation strategies for Project Affected Persons (PAPs).
