Job Description
- Degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Sanitary/Specialty) and/or Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
- Managerial and actual experience in project construction of high rise buildings, sprawling malls, hotels, and structures of significant magnitude.
- Knowledge of construction including design, costs, scheduling, contracts, contract negotiations, procurement, and contract administration.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in construction supervision (managerial position).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Preferably a resident of Davao City.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
