Job Description
The Resident Relations Officer plays a critical role in maintaining positive relationships with residents within our community. Responsibilities include addressing resident inquiries, resolving complaints, organizing community events, and ensuring overall resident satisfaction.
Key requirements for this position include excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
