Job Description
Tahj/Nsdmm Management Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Resident Relations Officer for high-end residential condominiums. Responsibilities include:
- Attending to customer queries and resolving complaints via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintaining up-to-date databases and resident information.
- Preparing and monitoring RFID access for residents.
- Organizing special social events for residents.
- Leading Concierge and Housekeeping teams to ensure excellent service.
- Keeping communal areas clean and aesthetically pleasing.
- Assisting in the development of customer satisfaction programs.
- Performing additional tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance, paid training, and pay raises.
