Job Description
The Residential Leasing Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the company. They recommend and assist in the implementation of strategies that preserve the interests of the company as well as sustain tenants’ occupancy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing
- Sales and Marketing
- Contract Management
- Leasing
- Others
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelors’ Degree in Business Admin, Property Management, HRM or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience in the related field
- With work experience in Real Estate and Leasing practices
- Proven working experience in residential leasing
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
