Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Production Estimator to join our team. As a Residential Production Estimator, your main responsibility will be to accurately estimate the cost and time required for residential construction projects.
In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to develop cost estimates and proposals for new residential projects. You will analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive cost estimates.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong technical background in residential construction and a deep understanding of construction materials and methods. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills are a must, as you will be required to perform detailed calculations and assessments. Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software is highly desirable.
