Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales and Leasing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and leasing activities in our residential properties. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and leasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers
- Market and promote residential properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate and close leasing agreements and sales contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and leasing process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential sales and leasing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
