Job Description
Join ULTRAQUIP ENTERPRISES as a Resort Manager! We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or resort management, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of resort management including front desk, housekeeping, and food services.
- Ability to adapt to guest expectations and seasonal demands.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
This is a full-time position located in Malalag, Davao Del Sur, offering paid training and a flexible schedule.
