Job Description
Location to be assigned: Makati City
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a guest experience in line with the company’s mission and vision.
- Handle guest bookings by phone, email, and social media.
- Coordinate with resort employees on bookings and operations.
- Management of personnel including reception, kitchen staff, and others.
- Monitoring budgets, maintain records of budgets, funds, and inventory costs.
- Report resort performance and guest experience.
- Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Batangas or Mindoro depending on work assignment.
Qualifications
- Proficient with GDrive, MS Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Preferably have experience in secretariat duties and hotel operations.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
- With high interpersonal skills, good judgment, and management skills.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Expected Benefits

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred).
