Overall Purpose: The role includes providing administrative support and basic project management assistance, which involves tracking project resources, managing onboarding/offboarding processes, and monitoring project metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Administer resource management processes and facilitate effective coordination.
- Monitor activities to ensure timely completion and maintain engagement with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in data analysis is a plus.
