Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant and Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations, kitchen production, staffing, inventory, and food safety compliance. The successful candidate will lead and motivate teams, coordinate front- and back-of-house activities, enforce quality standards, and implement service improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years in a managerial role, proven leadership, budgeting and cost-control experience, HACCP/food-safety knowledge, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Key responsibilities: staff scheduling, inventory control, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement.
