Job Description

The Restaurant Systems Auditor shall conduct Service, Quality & Systems Audit to different Mary Grace Cafes & Kiosks focusing on Front and Back of the House Operations and shall ensure that all Standards, Policies, and Processes are met by the Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct store visits & validation audit on processes for Campaign and New Products. (All branches: Cafe and Kiosk)
• Performs auditing for Kiosk, Front of the house, & Back of the house
• Communicates audit findings by preparing reports
• Recommends different ways of solving findings / non-conformities in the stores for improvement.
• Provide improvement on Quality Management by reviewing and assisting in the development of Systems & Processes that would contribute to the improvement of the store’s overall quality and service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related
• At least 3 years of work experience in Food Manufacturing or Food Service Operation with Quality Audit background
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Willing to do field work for at least 50-75% of the time.
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in our secondary office location at ARCA South, Taguig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
