Job Description
Restaurant cashiers are the face of a restaurant. They interact with customers on a daily basis. The responsibilities of a restaurant cashier include operating a cash register, communicating with customers, and assisting other restaurant staff as needed. This career requires at least 1 year of experience and may involve processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments, making change, and utilizing a point of sale (POS) system for transactions.
