In this vital role, you will ensure that all salad bar ingredients are prepared in alignment with our high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily ingredients meticulously
- Organize stock while adhering to FIFO procedures
- Monitor ingredient wastage through weighing
- Conduct thorough inventory of all ingredients
- Follow food preparation standards diligently
