Job Description
JHRC Holdings, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Restaurant Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison among our purchasing team, vendors, and logistics department. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless communication process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional support to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers via chat throughout their purchasing journey.
- Upsell menu items and effectively promote specials.
- Accurately process and manage incoming orders.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years in customer service is required, along with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to establish rapport, and basic computer proficiency.
