Job Description
- Responsible for supervising all rank and file positions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to drive sales and meet profit targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain top-notch customer service.
- Maximize staff schedules and collaborate with Store and Operations Managers for store enhancements.
- Conduct meetings with subordinates and liaise with other departments for reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
