Job Description
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of a restaurant, ensuring efficient and profitable functioning. They oversee various aspects such as customer service, staff management, budgeting, and menu planning.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of recruiting, training, and supervising the staff, ensuring they provide excellent service to customers. You will also be responsible for creating employee schedules, managing inventory, and handling customer complaints.
