Job Description
Wangfu Marquee Mall, a renowned restaurant known for its delectable Chinese cuisine, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Restaurant Manager. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.
Your main responsibilities will include managing and supervising the restaurant staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for customers. As a strong leader, you will motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in restaurant management, exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing an unparalleled dining experience. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, along with at least 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
