Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage restaurant resources efficiently and maintain food quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Develop sales strategies and collaborate with kitchen staff on menus.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Continuously improve operations for guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven Restaurant Manager experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and regulations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
