Job Description
Restaurant Manager (Operations) is responsible for financial management, people management, and quality management of store operations at Makimura Ramen Bar Corp.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling and safety regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in the food industry
- Strong leadership and customer management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about Japanese food
