Job Description
FOR ITALIAN CONCEPT – CASUAL DINING
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develops innovative strategies for profitability
- Ensures health and safety compliance
- Conducts marketing efforts and events
- Optimizes staffing schedules
- Maintains efficient inventory
- Creates operational reports
- Handles customer concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or culinary certificate
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience
- Customer service and financial management skills
- Deep F&B industry understanding
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant apps like Open Table
- Italian language proficiency is a plus
