Job Description
We need additional members to join the team. If you reside in Parañaque, Las Pinas, or nearby areas with 1-2 years of experience and a pleasing personality, consider applying. Candidates should have the ability to upsell and cross-sell, with no visible tattoos, at least a High School Graduate, and able to start ASAP.
Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving, and maintaining a clean dining area. A friendly, customer-focused attitude is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly.
- Accurately take and input orders.
- Serve food and beverages courteously and promptly.
- Maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Assist in restaurant setup and closure.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team under pressure.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
