Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader for our Nuvali branch located near Ayala Malls, Solenad 1. This position is open to both male and female candidates who have a proven background in the food industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create shift schedules
- Supervise employees
- Handle customer complaints
- Monitor inventory levels
- Oversee team performance
- Delegate tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Employee discount, 13th month salary, tips
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience: 1 year as Restaurant Team Leader (preferred)
