Job Description
Apartment 1B is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations. In this role, you will oversee servers and bartenders to ensure exceptional service. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing staff schedules, addressing customer complaints, and adhering to health and safety regulations. You will also provide training and development opportunities for our team, while collaborating closely with the kitchen staff to enhance the guest experience.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month. Benefits include employee discounts, paid training, and complimentary staff meals. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required for this role.
