Job Description
Qualifications:
- College graduate in any related course.
- Experience working in the restaurant industry is often preferred. It may include working as a server, bartender, host, or in other front-of-house or back-of-house roles.
- Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Has strong leadership and management abilities. This includes the ability to motivate and guide staff, delegate tasks, handle conflicts, and provide constructive feedback.
- Has a solid understanding of food and beverage operations which is crucial. This includes knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, menu items, preparation methods, serving techniques, and basic culinary knowledge.
- Has the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Providing a positive dining experience and maintaining high service standards are key responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other computer applications relevant to restaurant operations is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
