Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in the restaurant. Key duties include supervising restaurant staff, managing customer reservations, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with staff training and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
