Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet operational needs.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with management for business growth and customer satisfaction strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
