Job Description
Sotogrande Davao Hotel is on the lookout for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, though this is preferred, not mandatory. Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, specifically in a supervisory role, and be proficient in restaurant management software, including POS systems.
Key responsibilities entail ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. A positive demeanor and a commitment to improving the guest experience are crucial. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule, located on-site at the hotel. Proficiency in English is preferred.
