Job Description:
- Attend to all guest needs.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Respond to complaints professionally.
- 2-3 years experience in Casual/Dining Restaurant/Hotel & Casino.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Cash audit and inventory management.
- Confident in using MS Excel.
- Handle day-to-day operations.
- Experience with VIP Guests.
- P&L management background.
- Work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga (Hotel Stotsenberg).
- Available ASAP.
- Flexible with shifts.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
