Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Viva International Food and Restaurants, Inc. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in managing casual or fine dining establishments, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally. Responsibilities include attending to guest needs, performing cash audits, inventory management, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
The position requires proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, and experience in handling VIP guests and P&L management. Candidates must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga, at Hotel Stotsenberg, and can start ASAP.
