- Attends to all guest needs
- Greet customers friendly and professionally
- Respond tactfully to customer complaints
- Ensure complete and correct food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders on time within company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of table setup
- Respect superiors and fellow employees equally
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
- 3+ years managerial experience in dining
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident with MS Excel for reporting
- Willing to work in Glorietta, ASAP
