Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Dining Supervisor to ensure exceptional service and a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, addressing complaints professionally, ensuring accurate food and beverage orders, and maintaining table cleanliness according to company standards. It is essential to demonstrate respect towards colleagues and superiors and to fulfill additional tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in dining establishments, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, and coffee shop experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to work at SM Sta. Rosa and be available to start immediately.
