Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Viva International Food and Restaurants, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Ensure complete and correct food and beverage orders.
- Deliver orders on time per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and completeness of table setups.
- Show respect to superiors and fellow employees.
- Attend to all guest needs.
Job Specifications:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel for reports.
- Experience in Coffee Shop is a plus.
