Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Several years of progressive experience in food service industry, with strong background in restaurant management.
- Must possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.
- Proficient in budget management, cost control, financial reporting, and inventory management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, especially front of the house.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer, staff, and management interaction.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify and implement operational solutions.
- Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Flexible availability for varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
